We run two separate tracks — paid freelance work for experienced hands, and learning-first internships for students & freshers.
Per-piece freelance work — no fixed office hours, paid per approved article or video, open to anyone who can consistently deliver quality.
- Write original Hindi news articles daily (typically 5–10, based on flow)
- Research and verify facts from credible sources before publishing
- Follow Aaj Tak / News18-style editorial writing
- Fill SEO fields: focus keyword, meta title, meta description
- Select and upload a featured image with Hindi alt text
- Strong written Hindi (Devanagari script — must)
- Genuine interest in news — politics, sports, tech, or lifestyle
- Basic SEO understanding (or willingness to learn)
- Reachable and responsive on working days
- Edit short-form news videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
- Cut raw footage, add Hindi captions/subtitles, and background music
- Match TaazaKhabar's brand style (red #E8192C, clean lower-thirds)
- Deliver videos on tight news-cycle turnaround times
- Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Good sense of pacing, sound, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable working with Hindi captions and news content
- Can turn around edits quickly for breaking news
This is a learning-first, unpaid internship track. No stipend is offered. In return, you get live published work, a verified TaazaKhabar certificate, LinkedIn recommendation from our founders, and a direct path to full-time roles — ideal for students and freshers building their media portfolio.
- Write 3–4 original Hindi news articles daily (600–800 words)
- Research and verify facts from credible sources
- Follow Aaj Tak / News18 editorial style
- Fill SEO fields: focus keyword, meta title, meta description
- Select and upload featured image with Hindi alt text
- Strong written Hindi (Devanagari script — must)
- Passion for news — politics, sports, tech, or lifestyle
- Basic understanding of SEO (or eager to learn)
- Consistency — 3–4 articles daily is non-negotiable
- Create 1–2 short news reels daily (30–60 seconds)
- Edit clips, add Hindi text overlays and subtitles
- Post on Instagram and Facebook with hashtags
- Track views and engagement weekly
- Experience with CapCut, VN, or InShot
- Good sense of pacing, music, and storytelling
- Comfortable with Hindi voiceover or on-screen text
- Smartphone with decent camera (12MP+)
- Upload articles to WordPress with correct H2 formatting
- Set Rank Math fields: keyword, meta title, meta description
- Upload featured images with Hindi alt text and English slug
- Assign categories, tags, and schedule publish time
- Basic WordPress knowledge (we train in 2 days)
- Understands SEO — meta title, keyword, description
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- 1–2 hours daily, consistently
- Coordinate daily workflow of all interns across departments
- Track attendance, leaves, and task completion (HR dashboard)
- Manage intern onboarding, documentation, and offboarding
- Follow up on pending tasks and resolve blockers
- Report morning + evening status updates to co-founders
- Assist in screening and shortlisting new applicants
- Prior team lead, HR, or management experience preferred
- Strong communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email
- Highly reliable, proactive, and organised
- Ability to handle confidential HR information with integrity
