- Consistency — 3–4 articles daily is non-negotiable
- Design 6–10 news graphics and thumbnails daily
- Create breaking news cards, quote cards, article headers
- Maintain brand consistency — red #E8192C, yellow #F5C518
- Resize for Instagram, Facebook, and Stories
- Proficient with Canva (Pro experience preferred)
- Eye for typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with Hindi / Devanagari fonts
- Ability to work fast under news deadlines
- Create 1–2 short news reels daily (30–60 seconds)
- Edit clips, add Hindi text overlays and subtitles
- Post on Instagram and Facebook with hashtags
- Track views and engagement weekly
- Experience with CapCut, VN, or InShot
- Good sense of pacing, music, and storytelling
- Comfortable with Hindi voiceover or on-screen text
- Smartphone with decent camera (12MP+)
- Write Hindi/Hinglish captions for 5–6 posts daily
- Research and add 15–20 relevant hashtags per post
- Write copy for Instagram Stories and Facebook posts
- Suggest CTAs to improve saves, shares, and follows
- Naturally fluent in Hindi and Hinglish
- Active Instagram / Facebook user with good platform sense
- Aware of trending news, memes, and public conversations
- Creative, sharp, and concise writing style
- Upload articles to WordPress with correct H2 formatting

- Upload featured images with Hindi alt text and English slug
- Assign categories, tags, and schedule publish time
- Basic WordPress knowledge (we train in 2 days)

- Detail-oriented and thorough
- 1–2 hours daily, consistently
- Coordinate daily workflow of all interns across departments
- Track attendance, leaves, and task completion (HR dashboard)
- Manage intern onboarding, documentation, and offboarding
- Follow up on pending tasks and resolve blockers
- Report morning + evening status updates to co-founders
- Assist in screening and shortlisting new applicants
- Prior team lead, HR, or management experience preferred
- Strong communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email
- Highly reliable, proactive, and organised
